Explore the impactful collaboration between Making Everything Achievable (MEA) and Te Hau Ora Ō Ngāpuhi (THOON), aimed at enhancing the connection between internal services and the wider Ngāpuhi community. This initiative delves into key service interviews, providing insights into THOON's commitment to community well-being.
Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi, also known as THOON, was established in 2015 as a subsidiary company of Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi-Ō-Ngāpuhi (TRAION) following the merger of Te Hauora o Kaikohe with TRAION. THOON is charged with leading the health strategy for Ngapuhi, serving whānau, hapū and hāpori living within Te Whare Tapu O Ngāpuhi, whether Māori or non-Māori.
MEA has played a storytelling role supporting THOON to effectively communicate its service offerings both within the organisation and to the wider community through a series of interviews with service leads and dedicated staff.
The project has been comprehensive, encompassing the release of an e-pānui, the implementation of a strategic social media campaign, and the development of a monthly engagement plan. This plan incorporates elements such as Facebook analytics data insights, follower profiling, network identification, and recommendations for sustained engagement success.
Key Deliverables:
- E-panui for both internal and external audiences
- Social Media Campaign - inclusive of communications strategy development, communications training, project management, monthly reporting, and targeted social media advertising
- Administrative Support
